- 1. What is the "BIBLE CLUB"???
- The BIBLE CLUB is for people who want Bible based paper dolls and games.
It will include a variety of *Paper Dolls/Animals made for the 5x7in hoop and multiple hooping for the 4in hoop. Most of the clothes/extras will fit into the 4in hoop.
In addition, maybe a game or two for the 5x7in hoop and multiple hooping for the 4in hoop. The game pieces will fit into the 4in hoop and the game board/carrier will fit in the 5x7in hoop and/or 4in hoop.
*Include Free Standing and/or embroidered on felt Paper Dolls.
- 2. Is there a fee to join and are there special renewal prices for members???
- Yes, it will be a fee of $15.00 for non-PAPER DOLL CLUB Members.
If you belong to the PAPER DOLL CLUB, the fee is $10.

- 3. When does the membership begin and end???
- IF you join anytime from Jan 1st to June 30th of the year 2010 then your membership will BEGIN ON Jan 1, 2010 and END ON Dec 31, 2010.
If you join anytime from July 1st to Dec 31st of the year 2010 then your membership will BEGIN ON July 1, 2010 and END ON June 30, 2011.
Example #1:
YOU joined on April 12th, 2010 THEN your membership STARTS on Jan 1st, 2010 and ENDS on Dec 31st, 2010. The membership will include the following Club months Jan, Feb, March, and April 2009 PLUS the future months of May through Dec 2010.
Example #2:
YOU joined on Sept 20th, 2010 THEN your membership STARTS on July 1st, 2010 and ENDS on June 30th, 2011. The membership will include the following Club months July, Aug, and Sept 2010 PLUS the future months of Oct through Dec 2010 and Jan of 2011 to June of 2011.
- 4. How do I get my BIBLE CLUB designs???
- You have 2 ways to download your monthly outfits, either on the web site or through a private yahoo group.
- 5. How do you notify us that the BIBLE CLUB designs are ready for download???
- There are 2 options.
OPT 1.
Join our private yahoo group where you will receive notification through a newsletter that the BIBLE CLUB designs are ready for download.
You may also post questions, upload photos and ask for prayer.
I will have to grant you permission to join this group.
OPT 2.
You will need to check the web site's BIBLE CLUB page on 1st, 15th, 28th day of the month to see if anything new was added.
- 6. Which way is the best for downloading my BIBLE CLUB designs???
- I personally think the best way is to join the private yahoo group (OPT 1 from above).
- 7. Is there a difference between what is put up on the web site and in the private yahoo group???
- Both the web site and private yahoo group download page contain the same exact designs and pdf's.
The ONLY difference is that on the website there is 1 zipped file to download, usually around 2MB to 3MB+. This is great for people with high speed internet.
In the Yahoo Group the monthly offerings are divided into smaller multiple zipped files around 250kb to 950kb. This is easier for the dial up people.
- 8. What formats do you offer them on the website???
- DST, JEF, HUS, PES, SHV, VIP, VP3 and XXX. I have only personally tested the HUS and PES designs on my Viking Rose and/or ULT2002D. You may download them in more than one format.
Please remember that if you wish to convert to another format - use the PES format.
- 9. What formats do you offer them on the private yahoo group???

- 10. How many times a year does the BIBLE CLUB designs get uploaded???
- I plan to upload the designs every other month.
Jan/Feb = uploaded in Feb
March/April = uploaded in April
May/June = uploaded in June
July/Aug = uploaded in Aug
Sept/Oct = uploaded in Oct
Nov/Dec = uploaded in Dec
Also, if it is a themed project, it may span 6 months to a year.
For Example:
Navity = 6 months = Jan to June
Noah's Ark = 6 months = July to Dec
- 11. What kind of BIBLE CLUB designs can I expect to receive???

- 12. Will I be notified when my membership is ready for renewing???
- Yes, when your membership is close to renewing - I will send out only one renewal notification about 7 - 20 days before your membership is up.
- 13. What happens if I miss my renewal notification???
- Email me and let me know that you want to renew. I'll send you a Paypal invoice for the renewal price.
- 14. After joining, what happens next???
- You will get an email from me about the BIBLE CLUB explaining everything, plus an invitation to join the BIBLE CLUB private yahoo group!
